As a young Sergeant in the United States Air Force Stationed in Panama in the early 1970’s, Bill learned of F.A. He continued his research until he finally met Anna Mitchell-Hedges and the famed Crystal Skull in late 1970’s.
He has spent the rest of his life learning to care for and work with the Crystal Skull. In 2007 he became the Legal Guardian of the Skull when Anna passed.
